My hope is to have my own, controlled resource for the useful links I use on a regular basis.

I also want a repository of my notes and cheat sheets for different procedures. I believe that the tasks have become too complex and there are too many problems with something that is, ultimately, just measuring shit. It doesn’t have to be as difficult as it is.

So I want to make it simpler. I know how to type. I know somewhat how to set up a GPS and base station. There are too many pre-loaded templates for a newbie to figure it out without having to call a seasoned chief. Seasoned chiefs are also likely to quit when they are afforded the opportunity to get a better job.
